Remember when receiving the Eucharist
As you partake of the Body and Blood
of Christ
You too become Mary's child
From whom Jesus drew
his humanity when

enfolded in her body and blood
in the womb;
You too now partaking
of her body and blood
in the Full Presence of Christ
his Body and Blood now too
in full divinity and
in full humanity
Through the Fiat of your own Mother Mary.
Amen.

On the morning this came to me, I woke with two songs in my heart, sung often during my evening Rosary Prayer Group, one English, the other French...

...and these songs stayed with me as I prepared for my day.

I came to my prayer time and sang...

And then these words started coming to my heart from the Lord, and I wrote them down.

Thank you, Lord.

Two great revelations related to each other:

FIRST

Jesus, in the heavenlies, now in his resurrected divinity and humanity, has need of humankind to rest his head upon our hearts.

"The Son of Man has no place to rest his head.'

Mary now, coming into his Presence, in her full humanity, has consoled him from eternity, dancing before God as Wisdom...

Jesus has need of humanity, us, to come before him in prayer into the heavenlies, to console him in his humanity.

SECOND

As we receive the Eucharist, we receive the Body and Blood of Christ; we also receive the body and blood of Mary from whom Jesus took his flesh.

And she fully becomes our Mother.

We remember this each time we partake of the Eucharist.

We too now, in the Fullness of Christ bring consolation to Jesus in his full humanity in heaven, when we entrust our lives to him, and pray; ask and you shall receive...

What is eyes of understanding opening...what is our Cardoner Vision?

Matthew 12:1-8

"I tell you, something greater than the temple is here."

"For the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath."

Lord Jesus, you are my Lord, my rest, my Sabbath.

You are my Lord, my Sabbath.

In all of this, trust me my child. I will never forsake or abandon you. You too are my rest. For the Son of Man has nowhere to lay his head. The children of the Kingdom do not yet understand this. Here I am in the Heavenlies, and my Mother is my Comfort, in her humanity. I have need of Mankind for it is for you that I came. Fully human, fully divine, I am complete for I have the Father and the Holy Spirit with me, in me, above me, behind me, below me. Yet, I have need of humankind. This is what this means, and continues to mean.  In me, mankind is complete.  You too in me, have a place to rest, for I am in you and you are in me. Yet I have need of all humankind.

    The Son of Man has no where to lay his head.

    In my humanity, I have need of all of humankind. For it is for this reason I came, to redeem man and to bring him into communion with Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Come my child, share in the joy that heaven has for you, I in you and you in me. You will be my rest, a place to lay my head and to reign, and I will be your rest, a place to lay your head and to reign also in my heart, for my heart too has need of you. Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be opened to you. Whatever you ask in my name, and according to my will, it will be done for you, for you are mine and I am yours. We are one.

Amen.

Thank you Lord for this sweet understanding of your love and need of me, lowly creature that I am. I console you as you console me.

This gives me a new understanding of the words about the joy in heaven when one sinner converts. Thank you Lord.

How great is your love, this even brings new understanding to my heart.

And that we add to what is lacking in the Cross.

All of humanity needs to be at the Cross, worthy or unworthy as we all are, to console your humanity for what you suffered for us on the Cross.

Thank you Lord God, Jesus my Love and my Heart.

Help me not to add to your sorrow, but to be there with you.

Amen.

Jesus, in his Divinity is complete with the Father and the Holy Spirit, for there is Completeness in the Trinity of God.

Jesus in his humanity is in need of all of humanity, as the Mother of God shows us in her presence in heaven, interceding continually for us. Jesus in his humanity in the Heavenly places is in need of humanity, a place to lay his head, in my heart, and in the heart of all of humanity. As Mary comes into the throne room of heaven in her full humanity, she is a consolation and a delight for Jesus. She has danced as Wisdom before him for all of humanity.  Let my heart be emptied of all material things that Jesus the King of Glory may enter in, and find a place to rest his head.

Thank you Lord.  So hard to put in writing what you are bringing to my heart.

As I have need of you, so too you have need of me.

"The Son of Man has no place to rest his head."

Amen.

In our humanity, thanks to Jesus, we enter into the heavenlies, and Jesus in the heavenlies and in his humanity has a place to lay his head. And that place is our heart.

As you are in need of me, so also I am in need of you.

What is "spiritual relish and fruit" ? [2] Second Annotation

(Today's readings: 2Timothy 4:1-5; Psalm 96; John 10:11-16)

"Love and evangelization go hand in hand. You cannot love and not evangelize, and you cannot evangelize and not love.  This is the heart of the Gospel message. This is the heart of your faith.  This is the heart of all that I Am. I know my sheep and my sheep know me.  To know is to love and be in union with. As a husband loves his wife and as she loves him, they are in union, one with each other. This is love. And so it is with the bridegroom and his sheep. So it is with the Shepherd and his sheep. One cannot subsist without the other, for we are one. Trust in me, my child. Though they look not to be following me, their hearts are in my hand. And their mother (my son's wife Sarah, who has passed away - mother to my four grandchildren) is watching over them. You be grandmother to them, and mother, and sister, and friend. I will do the rest.

Trust also in my Mother for she knows the way. And she is the Mediatrix of all grace. She will also show you the way. She pondered in her heart the meaning of many things, and see today the fruit of her life for the world. So it is with you, ponder these things in your heart. I will show you the way. Otherwise you too will be scattered, not physically, but in your heart, mind, and spirit. Trust in me, for I am near and will never abandon or forsake you. Where you are, the Holy Spirit will be your guide, and I am near, shall I not be near also to those you love. Trust in me, my child. All will be well. Only trust in me. Amen."

Thank you, Lord.

As I began my time of prayer, I was feeling lacking in the work of evangelization as I read, and the Lord led me to focus on 2Timothy 4:1-5, particularly:

'I solemnly urge you: proclaim the message; be persistent whether the time is favorable or unfavorable; convince, rebuke, and encourage, with the utmost patience in teaching.'

I felt lacking concerning my children and grandchildren, and the Lord spoke:

'You cannot love and not evangelize, and you cannot evangelize and not love.'

he said, and

'Love and evangelization go hand in hand.'

Thank you Lord for your love and your grace.

In my love for my grandchildren and for my children, they are touched by the Lord. This is a great encouragement.

Great Consolation as I sat thanking the Lord for this time. and the Lord said to me of this Consolation:

"Carry me with you into your day, and I will touch all those you encounter, in person or in prayer. Alleluia. Amen.'

The Spiritual Exercises

[2] Second Annotation. The second is that the person who gives to another the way and order in which to meditate or contemplate, ought to relate faithfully the events of such contemplation or meditation, going over the points with only a short or summary development. For, if the person who is making the contemplation takes the true groundwork of the narrative and, discussing and considering for himself, finds something which makes the events a little clearer or brings them a little more home to him - whether this comes through his own reasoning, or because his intellect is enlightened by the divine power - he will get more spiritual relish and fruit, than if he who is giving the Exercises had much explained and amplified the meaning of the events. For it is not knowing much, but realizing and relishing things interiorly, that contents and satisfies the soul.

What is the Principle And Foundation [23] ?

Excerpt from my spiritual journal.

"My child, I know these days are not easy, but you must persist. The enemy's desire is to have you.  None can be taken from my hand. This is true.  But you can get very side-tracked.  You can wander in dry places.  I know that you know this, and yet you persist.  Try my child to stay on the straight and narrow road.  I know these things are tempting.  But their joy is fleeting.  Work with what you know.  That is enough.  I have graced you. You are blessed with many  gifts and talents.  But not all are used for the Kingdom. When you work with love to make something for a loved one, I am there.  Perfection is not the goal.  Love is the goal, the answer to all.  Trust in me my child.  For I know best what is needed in your life.  Trust in me, and I will make your righteousness shine like the noonday sun.  Trust in me, and you will know which road to take. Trust in me and I will guide you and show you as it is written, your way of life. Trust in me and me alone, for the enemy of the world is near, and his desire is to have you.  None can be removed from my hand.  Yet you can be distracted, as you have seen. The world is full of good things, but they are not all good for you.  It is yours to discern: which is the better way?  Where is the more? Which is the way to give most the Glory to God? This is your way that I have prepared for you, that you may walk in it.

Trust in me my child.  For I am

The Way,

The Truth, and

The Life.

Only in me can you find

true happiness,

true love,

true joy.

Only in me.

Now go to your day my child and know this...I am near."

I have been struggling - art courses, a bird series I was referred to, television, internet - so many distractions.

And I have felt it in my being, unsettled, nervous, jumpy.

Now I am at Peace. Thank you, Lord. You have shown me the way by your words.

Help me, bless me with the Grace to walk in it.

In Jesus' Holy Name.

Man is created to praise, reverence, and serve God our Lord, and by this means to save his soul.

Excerpt from my spiritual journal this day.

 “These words I speak to you today, are words of Love and Grace, keep them in your heart.  A time is coming when you will know my Glory, for now keep these things of Glory and Grace in your heart, and stand firm in your faith.  The knowledge of God comes to all, it does not stand still.  So too you, do not stand still. Trust in my Love. Trust in my Grace.  The Lord is near.  As it is written, only in the Lord be at rest, O my soul, for from him comes thy salvation.  Trust in me my child, and stand firm; my words do not fall to the ground.  You will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.  Do not be afraid, trust in me, be of good cheer. The Lord is near.
Never have I seen a heart so set towards me.  Do not listen to the voice of the evil one.  I am well pleased with you, my child. Trust in me.  Trust in my Love and my Grace.  The Lord is near and will never fail you or abandon you, else I abandon and fail myself.

As I read the Scriptures, I was filled with Love and Grace.  The Lord is near.  I know the Father because I know the Son. I thought of loved ones and the concerns I have for them.  Yet now I see that I lived similar things when I was young.  Prayer for Healing of the Family Tree comes to me.  Thank you, Lord.

I felt the consolation of the Lord as I sat reflecting on all I had read in the readings today, and then the Lord spoke to my heart, and I took my pen and wrote.

Your Love and your Grace

are enough for me.

This worship song is in my heart now, based on the words of St. Ignatius.  Thank you, Lord God, Heavenly Father, in Jesus' Holy Name.  Amen.

Come Holy Spirit into the hearts of my children and grandchildren.  Come Holy Spirit Come.

What is "C. Review" in the Fifth Addition of the Spiritual Exercises?

'Jesus left the crowds and went into the house. And his disciples approached him, saying, "Explain to us the parable of the weeds of the field."  He answered, "The one who sows the good seed is the Son of Man...the good seed are the children of the kingdom...the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father."  '

Matthew 13:36-43 (the parable of the weeds of the field)

Write these words, my child.

I am ever near.

There is nowhere you can go that I am not right there beside you.  I have shown you the way. Never fear.

My life is yours. I am in you and with you, and I go before you to prepare the way.

Trust in me at all times.  This too will pass.  (the virus).  Do not forget, but remember: I am ever near.  I am always beside you to guide you, and to lead you home.

There are many who suffer, they do not know my Presence, my Love, my Concern for them.  The time is right.  Speak and you will be heard.  Shout from the rooftops what you know in your heart.

The Lord is near, and he will never abandon you or forsake you.

Be at rest, and trust in my love. For I have given my all for you, you who are called by my Name.

Never fear.

Be of good cheer.

The Lord is near.

Such peace in my prayers today.

The Gospel reading spoke to my heart, through the reflection in my French missalette, Prions en église.  Jesus has blessed us in that he explains the parable of the weeds of the field, revealed to us today what he meant so many years ago. And the focus for me was blessed by the words of the meditation in French:

MEDITATION, drawn from Prions en église, English translation...

(Matthew 13:36-43)  Concerning the parable of the weeds in the field, I understand at least one thing:  the good seed is sown in me thanks to Christ.  The Holy Spirit then acts in me so that this grain germinates and produces fruits of hope to nourish my life.

I felt led to continue my reflections and meditations for this month using a book by Margaret Silf entitled, LANDSCAPES OF Prayer, FINDING GOD IN YOUR WORLD AND YOUR LIFE.

This meditation was entitled MOUNTAIN.

The author took me on a journey to the Queensland peaks of Australia. I am not a traveler, very happy to spend my vacations at home with my like-minded husband, Jack.  But I felt I was there through the images in this book and her descriptions of the beauty and changes of different mountain peaks, the extreme heat, the cold, the sudden, and at times fearsome, unexpectedness of nature and weather.

Then she spoke of the inner mountains we visit.  This I understood.  We did travel to New Hampshire and the mountains there.  Having experienced a herniated disk, I stayed behind at the condo, while my husband, with great joy, climbed with family members.

But I remembered the mountains I climbed in prayer there, as being even higher.

I also recalled this morning my mountaintop experiences, many that brought me healing, filling me with warmth and light so bright, I thought I should open my eyes physically and see it.

I remembered moments, in groups, or alone, when the Presence of God was palpable, sweet and heavy, enveloping me as with the softness and gentleness of giant cotton balls.

Jesus in the parable, speaks of the reality of the Kingdom.

Jesus in my experiences, has given me a taste of heaven.

This pandemic has us isolated, but we are never alone. His sweet Presence and Love is always near.  I have nothing to fear.  I can trust this God with my family, with my friends, with my life.

I know where I am going, for he goes before me to prepare the way.

This has been a morning prayer full of life, promise, hope, and trust.

Thanks be to God.

Amen.

First Week, The Contemporary Reading.

What is the First Colloquy to Our Lady?

June 1, 2020  Memorial: Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of the Church
"...the disciple took Mary into his own house."
John 19:25-27

When I read these words, my heart felt a gentle tremor, a quivering, a warm feeling.  What can this mean, "into his own home"?

I can bring Mary with me wherever I am, for my heart is my home.  There Jesus resides, and his mother too.

I can see as I look around my home, signs of this visible reality in my life.  I see statues, icons, rosaries, everywhere in my house where I live with my husband.  These are visible realities of the love of Mary around me.

Yet the most important place is my heart.

I remember nights when I prayed the rosary, for my husband and myself, our grandchildren, our children.  I recall answers...
- a phone call that all was well
- a sense of Mary, walking between me and my grandchild asleep in the next room, the hem of her robe gently moving as she passes by me, where I sit praying my rosary
- the touch of her hand on my breastbone and her quiet word in my heart as she brings me to Jesus, and to the Heavenly Father, for the healing of a hurt memory.

She dwells with me, my Heavenly Mother, in my home, in my heart; wherever I go, she also is with me, praying for me, ministering to me, helping me.

Hail Mary, full of Grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

I take Mary into my own home too.
The home of my heart.
In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Thank you Blessed Mother, for these signs of your very real presence in my life.
Thank you for your prayers.
Thank you, Lord Jesus, for the gift of your Mother.  Amen.
Thank you for your Love and your Grace.  Amen.
